We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our Alexa Information Analytics team located in beautiful Santa Barbara, CA.

- Gather business requirements from stakeholders (engineers, product managers, business leaders), document specifications, identify resources needed, and create project/sprint schedules to ensure timely and successful delivery of the project
- Track project statuses, resolve roadblocks (resource constraints, requirement ambiguity, etc.), and communicate ongoing progress to stakeholders and Alexa Information Analytics team
- Prioritize bug requests, ad-hoc requests, and feature backlogs
- Research and adopt industry’s and Amazon’s best practices in project management and analytic solution development
- Master the Alexa data architecture & tools and serve as an expert that others across the organization can come to for answers

Sr Software Development Manager – Prime Video
