The Role:
The Senior Manager, Data Structure and Machine Learning Team, will be
responsible for –
* leading the data team (Data connectivity and analysis and machine learning)
Should have Experience:
Data system connectivity and management
Data integrity and database management
Yield and statistical process control analysis thought cloud-based technology
Real time SPC control system implementation with alerts
Experience in the algorithmic search, data mining as well as data cleaning
Experience implementing servers using Java or C++ in a Linux/Unix environment
Delivered a low-latency, consumer-internet-scale web services operating in a 24x7 environment
Previously held a technical leadership role for several complete large-scale projects
Work well in teams and respect and welcome ideas from partners, business stakeholders, and technical experts
Experience with Agile (SCRUM, RUP, XP), OO modeling, web services, Perl, UNIX, middleware, database and data mining systems
Experience mentoring and training the engineering community on complex technical issues
Sharp analytical abilities and proven design skills

Internal QMS Auditor / Business Process Analyst

Since then, we have produced groundbreaking devices like Fire tablets, Fire TV and Amazon Echo. What will you help us create?
The primary role includes conducting Internal QMS audits within Lab126 functional groups, including, Design Control disciplines within the Product Development Lifecycle, together with Operations & Supply Chain, covering, Program Management, Supply Chain, Materials Management, Supplier Quality, Quality Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Forward & Reverse Logistics, Configuration Management, Human Resources, Finance, etc.
This role covers the full audit lifecycle from audit planning, to closing meetings, and creating audit reports and metrics. Within the audit process, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvements in conjunction with the stakeholders within the functional group. You will drive audit findings to closure and conducting follow up activities to validate that root cause, corrective & preventive actions are effective in preventing recurrence of issues.
As part of continually improving the Lab126 Quality Management System, you will also assist in developing new metrics, scorecards and process maps, together with providing suggestions and participating in Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects. These activities will utilize your skills as a Business Process Analyst where you will be responsible for identifying process gaps/overlaps, manual process steps that can be automated, opportunities for improvement and to initiate and drive action plans to achieve best practice within the functional areas.

You will lead a team of Data Associates and partner closely with Program Managers and Knowledge Engineers to ensure data quality and project demands are maintained week over week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage job assignment of Data Associates on a day-to-day basis, monitoring performance on job adherence, volume, and quality
- Support hiring and training of new Data Associates
- Ensure productivity is maximized through supervision, training, analysis, and feedback of performance data on a regular basis
- Develop the work schedule for the week by balancing work across various workflows and/or navigating competing delivery priorities
- Track quality and utilization metrics
- Provide regular, formal and informal feedback to Data Associates
- Identify and help implement process-related improvement

Role Description:
Quality Assurance Engineers test code at the user level, both manually and with automated tools. Our QA Engineers are not pure black box testers; they test at the appropriate level and are able to understand software internals, debug problems using log files, and write automated tests with scripts and/or user-level automated tools. QA Engineers work with Software Development Engineers, and Business Owners to understand technical implementation of features. QA Engineers will also work with groups such as Product Management, User Interaction, and Customer Support to understand customer usage models and develop test plans and suites that approximate real-world environments and regression tests and driving the software development process towards quality-centric methodologies, always seeking to avoid defects or find them earlier in the process.
