    We are hiring a high-profile role as the Marketing Specialist, Advertising. Working cross-functionally with Blink and Amazon product, marketing, sales and support teams, the Advertising Marketing Specialist, will be responsible for driving awareness for the Blink brand on non-digital advertising channels including TV, radio and direct mail. Starting as an individual contributor, this is a trail-blazer role for someone with a true-entrepreneurial spirit looking to build a business from the ground up.

    Key Functions:
    • Responsible for managing the Blink marketing programs through tradition, non-digital media including TV, Radio and Direct Mail
    • Develop program strategy and manage execution working with internal and external creative assets and agencies
    • Create and manage annual media plans and related budgets
    • Continually measure, analyze and report back on sales progress and customer engagement in market


    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline
    • 5+ years of experience in marketing communications, program management or product marketing
    • 5+ years of experience managing and executing marketing campaigns using TV, Radio and/or Direct Mail marketing channels
    • 5+ years working with creative assets from idea to execution

    • Fanatical attention to detail
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Excellent MS Office skills with an emphasis on Excel
    • Strong bias for data-driven decision-making
    • Proactive and organized with a strict appreciation for deadlines
    • Entrepreneurial spirit / ability to wear many hats with minimal direction
    • Quick decision-making abilities demonstrating bias for action under tight timing and pressure
    • Proven success in a fast-paced environment
