We are seeking experienced Hardware Design Engineers to build the next generation of our cloud server infrastructure.     As a member of the Silicon Optimization Team you’ll be responsible for the design and optimization of hardware in our data centers. You’ll provide leadership in the application of new technologies to large scale server deployments in a continuous effort to deliver a world-class customer experience. This is a fast-paced, intellectually challenging position, and you’ll work with thought leaders in multiple technology areas. You’ll have relentlessly high standards for yourself and everyone you work with, and you’ll be constantly looking for ways to improve your products performance, quality and cost.     · Ownership of SoC HW post-silicon validation and system testing.
    · DDR4 Post Silicon characterization, testing and productization.
    · Define and Develop platforms for the Post Silicon test plan process.
    · Define, Develop and Execute HW post-silicon test plan.
    · Responsible for booting, silicon bring-up, debug, and device characterization.
    · Manage the ODM HW testing and be part of the Production flow definition team
    · Contribute to debug architecture to enable efficient debug of silicon.
    · Understand intended applications and stress systems from a customer perspective.
    · Lead the development of HW automation tools to increase efficiency.

    Basic Qualifications

    • BS or MS degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (EE / CE) or equivelent
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience with High Speed Post Silicon testing
    • Hands-on lab experience with silicon bring up, lab debug and high-speed lab tools/equipment.
    • DDR4 post silicon expertise, proven experience with DDR4 Electrical characterization testing and production Qualification.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Strong knowledge in power characterization and analysis.
    • Experience with SI simulations
    • Experience with PCI-Express Compliancy testing. (Functional & Electrical)
    • Experience with High Speed 25/50/100Gbps networking solutions
    • Define and Manage ODM Production testing and lead HW focal owner
    • Experience in pre-silicon verification
    • CPU architecture experience.
