    The Role:
    As a Sr. Manager, of Manufacturing Technical Operation, you will engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff to conceive, design and develop innovative consumer products. You must be responsive, flexible and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment.
    The Manufacturing Operations group is looking for a manager who wants to work on a cool product that is growing at a rapid pace. We are a critical part of the hardware development process. We ensure successful fulfillment for product launches and ongoing support, grow the capabilities of our current systems to meet our needs, and drive continuous improvement for the company. In this role, you will:
    • Monitor supply and fulfillment of devices Develop plans and deploy strategy to optimize NPI at CMs
    • Coordinate with cross functional teams to implementation
    • Represent AME team in NPIR, NPI, cost management meetings
    • Plan and manage all manufacturing NPI equipment budget
    • Deliver world class user experience by establishing optimal manufacturing solutions for device assembly
    • Drive continuous improvement
    • Problem solve and explore solutions to current processes and systems
    • Understand current system capabilities and limitations
    • Work with stakeholders to define business requirements
    • Deliver results on complex projects involving teams across the company
    • Significant experience in cross-cultural communication
    • Ability to build, lead and mentor global teams and consistently achieve or exceed set KPI targets
    • Ability to develop strategic partnership with key stakeholders
    • Drive notable YOY improvements of Key Performance Indicators
    • Meet and exceed the build plans and effectively transfer products to high volume production
    • Develop strategy to manage NPI risk
    • Establish SOP that includes Quality tool utilization i.e. GRR & FMEA
    • Represent the team in NPIR, NPI, cost management meetings
    • Publish progress reports on product readiness to stakeholders
    • Participate in design reviews of new features through DFM, PFM, functional test development, quality control, and capacity modeling
    • Develop plans and deploy strategy to optimize NPI at CMs


    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field experience
    • 10+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects and programs with tight deadlines
    • 10+ years of experience in product or process definition, having taken a product or process from concept to execution
    • 10+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics or manufacturing for a hardware device company

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Master’s degree
    • Proven ability to influence others, facilitate agreement among stakeholders with different interests
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, building relationships
    • Technical aptitude and familiarity with the design and utilization of complex systems
    • Proven track record of complex and creative problem solving and the desire to create and build new processes
