Since then, we have produced groundbreaking devices like Fire tablets, Fire TV and Amazon Echo. What will you help us create?

    The Role
    As a Senior Traffic Manager you will manage the development and creative execution of Amazon branded US and international packaging. You will work with Design, Hardware Program Management, Retail Engineering Program Management, Packaging Engineering, and Global Commodity Management to ensure creative traffic runs smoothly, while communicating progress against program schedules.

    • Plan for Amazon branded product packaging & publications development
    • Own creative schedules & coordinate execution with packaging and publications program managers
    • Assign tasks to internal and external creatives
    • Formulate reviewer/approver lists
    • Traffic work through PM management system

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Print Production or equivalent.
    • 10+ years’ experience in consumer electronics or related industry.
    • Program management and project scheduling experience
    • Experience using Microsoft Excel and Adobe software

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Design operations experience
    • Ability to start projects and drive to completion
    • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple packaging and inbox activities with constant changes
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills required for effective project and vendor management
    • Enthusiasm for getting “hands on” in collaborative team environments
    • Experience managing complex project schedules a plus
    • Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills
