    As a member of the team you will be responsible for leading the development and launch of core product features. You will have significant influence on our overall strategy by helping define these product features, drive the system architecture, and spearhead the best practices that enable a quality product.

    The ideal candidate is clearly passionate about new opportunities and has a demonstrable track record of success in delivering new features and products. A commitment to team work, hustle, and strong communication skills (to both business and technical partners) are absolute requirements. Creating reliable, scalable, and high performance products requires exceptional technical expertise, a sound understanding of the fundamentals of Computer Science, and practical experience building scalable software products. This person thrives in delivering high quality technology solutions in a hyper-growth environment where priorities shift fast.

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree based on 3 years of work experience for every 1 year of education
    • 3+ years professional experience in software development
    • 3+ years of experience in Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving and complexity analysis
    • 3+ years of experience in at least, one modern programming language such as Java

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
    • Deep understanding of software development in a team and a track record of shipping software on time
    • Can take raw product requirements and develop software architectures and designs to bring them to life
    • Mastery of the tools of the trade, including a variety of modern programming languages (Java, C++) and open-source technologies
    • Experience building streaming services.
    • Excellence in technical communication with peers and non-technical cohorts
    • Can handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong track record of project delivery for large, cross-functional projects
    • Strong business and technical vision
    • Deep hands-on technical expertise
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
