The Role:

As an Operations Program Manager you will engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff to develop and deliver innovative consumer products and offerings. You must be responsive, flexible and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment.

The Operations group is looking for an individual who wants to work on execution and process development to support customers with a growing portfolio of products. We are a critical part of the product launch and warranty support process. We ensure successful fulfillment for product launches and ongoing support, grow the capabilities of our current systems to meet our needs, and drive continuous improvement for the company. In this role, you will:
  • Lead and deliver results on complex continuous improvement and quality projects involving teams across the company
  • Work with stakeholders to define organization’s process quality goals, monitor performance and complete root cause and closed loop corrective actions
  • Understand current system capabilities and limitations
  • Problem solve and explore solutions to current processes and systems
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams and 3rd party suppliers for implementation of process control and continuous improvement activities
  • Drive continuous improvement
  • Monitor process quality and execution to requirements across internal and 3rd party operations
  • Travel Required up to 20% (Domestic and International)

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
  • 7+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects and programs
  • 7+ years of experience in engineering and/or quality role including some ownership of process monitoring and improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven ability to influence others, facilitate agreement among stakeholders with different interests
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, building relationships
  • Technical aptitude and familiarity with the design and utilization of complex systems
  • Proven track record of complex and creative problem solving and the desire to create and build new processes
