Job Description

The Smart Home team is focused on making Alexa the user interface for the home. From the simplest voice commands (turn on the lights, turn down the heat) to use cases spanning home security, entertainment, and environment, we are evolving Alexa into intelligent, indispensable companion that automates daily routines and simplifies interaction with appliances and electronics.

As a Senior TPM on the Smart Home A/V Gear team, you will be responsible for scoping and delivering end-to-end projects that span Alexa speechlets and skills, voice user interfaces, and cloud services. You will lead and coordinate implementation efforts between internal teams, 3rd party device manufacturers, and customers. You will balance customer and business needs versus technical constraints, and make appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to-market. The job requires a high degree of maturity and judgement, as well as ability to negotiate and influence, and provide overall leadership.

Like the world of smart phones less than 10 years ago, this is a rare opportunity to have a giant impact on the way people live and work. And, you will have the satisfaction of working on a product your friends and family can relate to, and want to use every day.
