We are redesigning our supply chain management and need a strong owner/communicator to drive the design. This role is rife with ambiguity, and we are looking for someone who can embrace the challenge of solving complex problems and deliver improvements or new processes from scratch. The successful candidate will be a leader, highly collaborative, globally minded and have an extremely high level of customer focus and cultural sensitivity. Candidates must be motivated self-starter that can work both independently and with others in a fast paced, ambiguous environment.
The candidate will be translating business requirements into practical solutions across a complex value/supply chain. They will be expected to implement and oversee these solutions and effectively, managing the team and day-to-day relationships. Program managers participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities. You will also bridge the technical and business worlds as you create new tools and services that drive efficiencies in operations. You'll work with multiple teams from Operations, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance and across multiple business units.
The position requires industry experience encompassing new product development, inventory strategy and integrated demand planning, sourcing and commodity management, manufacturing footprint strategy and operations, distribution network and logistics optimization, and sustainability. Using programmatic approaches, leverage analytics capabilities, you will drive solutions to lower costs, reduce response times and increase productivity.
