The Role:

We are looking for a passionate, talented and inventive DSP Firmware Manager to join our team. In this role, you will:

- Engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff to conceive and design innovative consumer products
- Manage a small-team of DSP engineers on audio & IoT products
- Provide DSP technical leadership and be responsible for overall DSP system design
- Work closely with an internal inter-disciplinary team, and outside partners to drive key aspects of product definition, execution and test
- Be responsive, flexible and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of DSP Firmware Managerial and/or technical leadership experience
- 7+ years of firmware development experience on DSP for consumer products
- Experience with DSP vendor selection & overall DSP architecture
- Experience with RTOS, embedded firmware, drivers and interfaces
- Experience with lab equipment including oscilloscopes & debuggers
- C/C++ and Python programming experience
ยท Demonstrated experience in delivering software projects using Agile / Scrum methodologies

Preferred Qualifications


Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Knowledge of digital signal processing theory
- Experience in various audio signal processing technologies
- Real-time audio processing experience
- Independent, self-motivated worker requiring minimal supervision
- Excellent communication & leadership skills
